Can I change tier later?
Yes. As your business grows, you can move up. We will manage the transition without disruption. Tier changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What about payroll?
Payroll processing is included within the embedded model. Unlike most providers at this price point, we do not charge per head. Discuss specifics at your assessment.
Is there really no implementation fee?
Correct. We configure your systems, connect your platforms and get you fully operational as part of the service. No setup charge, no project fee. It is the first step of our process and we do it at no extra cost.
What happens if I need something outside my tier?
We will always tell you before doing anything that sits outside your agreed scope. In practice, most requirements are covered by the tier. If not, we will agree a clear approach with you before proceeding. No surprise invoices.
Do you work with businesses not on Xero?
Our standard model is built on Xero. If you are on a different platform, raise it at your assessment and we will give you an honest view of what is possible and what migration might look like.
How long does onboarding take?
For most clients, we are fully operational within four to eight weeks. The primary variable is data readiness. We will confirm a timeline at your Current State Assessment once we have reviewed your current setup.
What is the cancellation policy?
Thirty days written notice. No penalties, no lock-in periods beyond that. We believe the service should earn your business every month.
